Shopping in Stockholm (14 images)
We spent several hours shopping in downtown Stockholm and had a really good time. Ahlens is the largest department store, and their cafeteria was really very good and not too expensive. The problem with Ahlens (and all of downtown Stockholm including Burger King) is that they charge 5 krone to use the restroom, and that translates to about 75 cents US.

Alongside Ahlens is a section of the Stockholm shopping street. It goes for blocks and blocks.

Sergels Torg is a large, sunken open area that flanks the shopping street on one side and an underground shopping mall on the other. While we were there we saw an Iranian demonstration taking place, so I assume it is where the people who want to be heard stage their protests.
